Account Statuses

Akun di platform ini bisa memiliki status yang berbeda-beda :

1. Active

Jika akunmu berstatus aktif, maka semua environment Kamu sedang berjalan normal.

2. Deactivated

Dalam status ini, Kamu masih bisa masuk ke dashboard tetapi Kamu tidak bisa membuat environment baru. Semua environment yang ada dihentikan (stopped) dan tidak bisa diubah, hanya bisa dihapus.

Jika akunmu merupakan trial account, hal ini disebabkan karena masa trial atau kredit bonus saldonya habis. Untuk mengaktifkannya, Kamu perlu mengubah akunmu supaya menjadi berbayar, dengan melakukan top up saldo. 

Jika akunmu merupakan billing account, hal ini disebabkan karena saldo akunmu telah habis. Sama seperti trial tadi, untuk mengaktifkannya lagi maka Kamu perlu mengisi ulang saldonya.

Semua environment akan berjalan otomatis lagi setelah akun berstatus aktif kembali.

3. Suspended

Akunmu akan disuspend ketika Kamu terdeteksi melakukan abuse pada environmentmu, yang mana tentunya ini melanggan aturan layanan di Jagoan Cloud. Ketika ini terjadi, maka semua environment dihentikan dan Kamu tidak bisa login ke dashboard Jagoan Cloud. Untuk mengaktifkannya kembali, silakan menghubungi tim support Jagoan Cloud.

4. Destroyed

Ketika akunmu berstatus destroyed, Kamu masih bisa login ke dashboard Jagoan Cloud. Namun semua environment kamu sudah dihapus permanen dan tidak bisa dikembalikan. Hal ini disebabkan karena akun dalam status deactivated terlalu lama dan tidak diaktifkan ulang selama 14 hari.
